Dr. Michael Boppel is a Partner at TTE Strategy in Switzerland and combines expertise in Strategy Development, Large-Scale Transformations, and Financial Modelling. He supports clients in preparing strategic decisions with financial impact and in designing strategies that deliver sustainable growth. Michael is motivated by working at the intersection of strategy, financial analysis, and transformation and by helping organizations navigate ambiguity with clarity. He holds a PhD in Strategy in Management and an MSc in Business Information Systems and has previous experience at BCG, KPMG, and the Swiss Stock Exchange.
