Eric is a Senior Consultant at TTE Strategy in Switzerland with a background that blends strategic design and operational delivery. Prior to joining TTE, he worked at Deloitte Consulting and Accenture Strategy, where he led and supported cross-functional engagements with a focus on growth strategy, digital transformation and business performance optimization across a range of industries. From go-to-market strategies to cost programs, Eric brings a structured, outcome-driven mindset to each project – always with a focus on strategic alignment and sustainable value creation. He holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the ‘Freie Universität Berlin’ and a M.Sc. in International Management with a focus on Strategic Management and Finance from the ‘ESADE Business School’ in Barcelona.
