About
Florian is a Consultant with TTE Strategy. Prior to joining TTE, he gained project experience at Porsche Consulting and OSCAR, where he focused on driving growth for clients through commercial strategy design and business performance optimization. Beyond consulting, he has worked in the automotive industry, at a technology start-up, and in marketing research and teaching. Florian holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and has studied in Germany, Sweden and Portugal. With his degree he combined his business passion for strategy and marketing with a technology focus on global production, sustainable mobility and digitalization.
