He combines strategic clarity with strong execution capabilities and extensive leadership experience within global financial institutions and top-tier consulting. His work sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and organizational design — aligning operating models, governance structures, and capabilities to enable sustainable performance in complex and regulated environments.
Jürgen has led large-scale digital initiatives and transformation programs, scaling AI-driven innovation and embedding new technologies into core business processes. He works closely with leadership teams to translate technological ambition into measurable business impact and to ensure that transformation is not only designed, but successfully implemented and sustained.
He is motivated by turning emerging technologies into tangible value, helping organizations navigate complexity with clarity, and building momentum for change together with his clients. Jürgen holds an MBA from The Wharton School and previously held leadership roles at Boston Consulting Group, UBS, and McKinsey & Company.
