I am passionate about people and their development as well as organizational change that aligns strategy, culture, and structures.

Eva is a Consultant at TTE Strategy. As a psychologist in business, she is trained to deal with the human factor in (digital) transformation processes. Before joining TTE, Eva worked at Egon Zehnder, one of the world’s leading consulting firms for leadership. This allowed her to gain broad expertise in the culture, structure, and design of companies in a variety of industries.

Eva studied in Hamburg, Paris, and Bremen and holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Psychology.
