Katharina has gained diverse experience through internships during her studies, with a particular focus on family-owned businesses. Her roles at companies such as Egon Zehnder, PwC Deutschland, and SANOFI CHC have enabled her to develop expertise in business development, go-to-market strategy, and innovative organizational planning across a range of industries. Her motto for life is: It’s not a chance unless you take it!

Katharina holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies from EBS University of Business and Law and served next to her studies as a board member for the EBS Symposium, a prestigious student-run economic congress. She later earned a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship from the University of Amsterdam, where she honed her skills in creative problem-solving and worked directly with founders on real cases.
