Marika is a consultant at TTE Strategy. She works closely with clients across various industries, helping them navigate change, optimize operations, and implement forward-thinking strategies to achieve their goals. Prior to joining TTE, Marika gained experience in strategy consulting through her work on diverse projects. Those included change management, developing target operating models and strategies for commercialization, cost reduction and growth initiatives across various industries.
Marika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Hamburg University and an international joint Master in Work and Organizational Psychology from the Universities Maastricht, Lüneburg and Valencia. Her academic background, combined with her practical experience, equips her with the necessary skills to drive meaningful change and create lasting impact.
