Melissa is a Project Leader at TTE Strategy. She has several years of experience in strategy development and implementation, particularly in the mechanical and plant engineering, food and packaging industries. In addition, she has advised international and national private equity firms and strategic investors on investments in future-oriented business models and on company sales.
In numerous projects, Melissa has supported medium-sized companies and corporations in their strategic development. Her focus is on growth strategies, sales strategies and international market expansion. She also brings industry-specific expertise, such as in the area of aftersales and service in mechanical engineering. In her projects, Melissa emphasizes solution- and result-oriented work as well as open and clear communication in order to create lasting added value and build long-term relationships.
Melissa studied in Munich, Cardiff and Marburg and holds a Bachelor Double Degree as well as an M.Sc. in Business Administration with a focus on market-oriented business management.
