Ruben is a Consultant at TTE Strategy, where he supports clients in navigating complex transformations and driving strategic growth. Prior to joining TTE, he served as an Engagement Manager at Venture Studio Australia, guiding MedTech startups and SMEs in bringing their innovations to market. He also worked as a Consultant at EY Germany, contributing to supply chain and operations projects across the defense, healthcare, and energy sectors.
Ruben holds an MBA from the University of Sydney, where he specialized in Leadership and Enterprise, deepening his expertise in strategic decision-making, innovation, and organizational transformation. He also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim.
