He has led global reorganizations with strong emphasis on people involvement and guided portfolio optimization initiatives that improved EBITDA and reduced complexity. Nick is motivated by structuring challenges into clear, feasible solutions and by developing strategies that create long-term value. He holds an MSc in Innovation Management & Business Development and a Certificate in Competitive Strategy from INSEAD.
