Straight after successfully completing your studies and with initial consulting internship or industry experience, you will join TTE Strategy as a Consultant. You will work directly on projects for our clients in various industries and take on responsibility for project work packages from day one.

After you have gained some experience as a Consultant at TTE, or have already gained experience from another consulting firm, you will become a Senior Consultant. You will structure, develop, and drive your own modules or smaller projects more independently with increasing responsibilities.

With several years of consulting experience in different project and industry contexts as well as initial leadership experience, you will independently manage our TTE projects by thinking through the project and solution. You significantly impact TTE's way of working and drive the development of your project team members.

In the role of Principal, you will be part of the extended management team, independently manage large projects, and take on a disciplinary line managing role for several TTE team members. In addition, you will actively drive and contribute to TTE's business development.

With a strong focus on business development and network generation, you will play a crucial role in expanding TTE's market presence. You will leverage your extensive industry connections to identify new opportunities and foster relationships with key stakeholders. Your high visibility both internally and externally, along with your active participation in strategic initiatives, will drive the company's growth.

Your main task as Managing Director is the attraction of new projects as well as the strategic development of the company. You act as a decision maker and main representative of the company towards new and existing clients, alliances, industries, and science.

If you ace the online assessment, you’ll move on to three 60-minute interviews, each featuring a 30-minute strategy case — one of them conducted in English.
