From Vision to Strategy, and Strategy to Organization
The starting point was the development of a long-term corporate strategy derived from the company’s purpose, vision, and financial ambitions. This strategy served as the foundation for all subsequent steps. Guided by the principle of “structure follows strategy“, a completely new organizational structure was created. This broke through previous silos and established an integrated organization with clear end-to-end responsibilities, all aligned with strategic objectives.
Operationalization and Structuring
Following the strategic and organizational realignment, two essential streams were addressed during the detailed planning phase:
- Strategy Cascading: To operationalize the corporate strategy across functional and business areas, a detailed action plan was developed through 2028. This plan includes clear responsibilities, measurable goals, and ensures that all initiatives support the core elements of the strategy or its foundation.
- Corporate Structure: In collaboration with tax experts, we developed a new legal structure to embed the strategy and organization into the company’s operational processes.
Enabling and Implementation
Our approach did not end with concept development: We empowered the teams to independently drive the transformation program forward. After the initial major implementation successes, we provided the client with targeted support only for specific challenges.
