What Is WomenConnect?
WomenConnect began as a grassroots initiative by TTE team members who saw the need for a space where women — and allies — could come together to share experiences, spark dialogue, and support each other’s professional journeys.
Its mission is clear: to elevate visibility, foster genuine connection, and create room for bold conversations. It’s open to everyone, not just women, because real inclusion means bringing all perspectives into the room.
Whether it’s swapping stories about leadership challenges, celebrating wins, or asking the tough questions, WomenConnect is a platform for support and inspiration.
Creating Space for Dialogue and Visibility
In one of our most recent sessions, a roundtable of women from across all levels of TTE came together to reflect on what it means to be seen and heard in the workplace. The energy in the room was unmistakable — a mix of honesty, courage, and solidarity.
