TTE Strategy has opened a new office in Stuttgart, expanding its presence in Southern Germany. The site will be led by Dr. Raphael Micha, who joins the firm as Associate Partner. With extensive experience at Bosch and the Boston Consulting Group, Micha brings a deep understanding of industrial strategy and execution.
Most recently, Dr. Micha served as Head of Corporate Strategy Development at Bosch, where he oversaw strategic portfolio alignment, investment planning, and major transformation programs. Prior to that, he was a Senior Principal at BCG, focusing on shareholder value strategies and corporate reorganizations.
At TTE Strategy, Dr. Micha will advise clients on post-merger integrations, restructurings, and strategic innovation initiatives. His work will emphasize the intersection of technological expertise and economic impact—particularly in fields like automation, energy technologies, and the industrial SME sector.
