Women Connect: Empowering Exchange at TTE
At TTE Strategy, the Women Connect initiative creates a space for female role models, honest exchange, inspiration, and connection – internally and beyond.
Four times a year, we bring together female colleagues, alumni, future joiners, and external guests. Each session features a guest speaker sharing their career journey, followed by breakout discussions and informal networking. Topics range from career decisions and bias to personal motivation and resilience. The format is deliberately lean: short impulses, open conversations, and drinks to close.
Some guests of the past years have included professionals from consulting, neuroscience, psychology, coaching, and industry. Sessions are designed to be real: participants reflect for example on what drives them, what they’d tell their younger selves, and what helps them recharge.
Women Connect is part of our broader diversity strategy, which includes training, a diversity calendar, and partnerships with other organizations.
