TTE Strategy’s team is adding five new consultants. Johannes Ihringer, digitization expert at OSRAM, is moving from investment firm Aurelius Group into the position of Managing Director of TTE Strategy. The new colleagues are German, Spanish, Chilean and Costa Rican.
“Johannes Ihringer is an experienced digitization and transformation expert in sectors such as chemicals, semiconductors and electronics. He has already successfully held roles as a consultant, operational manager and member of supervisory boards and is therefore very well placed to be able to consider the various perspectives,” says Lars Linnekogel, Founder and Managing Director of TTE Strategy. “He also brings with him the right DNA: inclusiveness, a focus on both the team and results, and the belief that strategy is primarily successful if it is developed and supported by a broad group of people within organizations.”
Prior to his role at Aurelius, Dr. Johannes Ihringer was head of the digitization initiative at OSRAM, a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, and worked as a global marketing manager at Wacker Chemie. He holds a doctorate in chemistry from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and studied in Osaka, Los Angeles and London.
Four consultants, four nations: TTE Strategy focuses on inclusiveness, diversity and internationality more than almost any other consultancy boutique
Francisco Ibáñez starts at TTE Strategy as Senior Project Leader. He joined from Alix Partners, a management consultancy specializing in restructuring and transformation, where he previously held the position of Vice President. Born in Spain, he studied electrical engineering in Valencia and Madrid and acquired an MBA at the IE Business School before embarking on an international career. A few of his positions: Alcatel-Lucent, Holcim Services, Capgemini Consulting and KPMG.
Claudia Manriquez is a Consultant in the TTE Strategy team. She moves across from the Berlin startup scene, where she established a company as co-founder. The Chilean engineer studied in Santiago de Chile and worked at BHP Billiton in strategic corporate development before moving to Germany and completing her MBA at HHL Leipzig.
Niklas Christiansen starts out as a Consultant at TTE Strategy. Originally from Flensburg, he studied psychology in Hamburg and international business development in Umeå, Sweden. His first job took him to Hermes Europe, where he worked in the field of strategy and innovation.
Marcela Navarrete supports the consultants at TTE Strategy in presentation and digital experience design. Prior to this, she worked for McKinsey, as well as being an Assistant Professor at the Veritas University in Costa Rica, where she had earlier completed her studies in architecture and technical art.
“Despite the corona crisis, there has not been any furloughs or ‘Kurzarbeit’ here, nor will there be,” says Lars Linnekogel. “TTE Strategy has grown over the past few months and I am delighted that we are able to sustain this growth with a diverse and international team. With this breadth of personalities and experiences, we are able to make our clients an offer that is unique for a German consultancy boutique. We are thereby clearly making sail for growth in 2021, too.”
