Our client, the leading carsharing provider in Switzerland, faced declining growth due to increasing competition, shifting customer behavior, and the transition to sustainable mobility. The goal was to define a robust corporate strategy for 2024–2026 to secure future growth. TTE partnered with the client to analyze the current state, validate strategic hypotheses, and engage management in a co-creation process. Through internal analysis, external benchmarking, and six structured workshops with the C-level team, we jointly defined the vision, strategic priorities, value levers, and mapped these into a strategic roadmap with clear ambitions and initiatives. The engagement resulted in a strategy that balances ambition with actionable clarity, ensuring alignment and ownership across leadership.
