All involved business stakeholder groups where individually taken on the change journey that they had helped design by providing their input during the process mapping activities.

In close collaboration with our main stakeholder, we created tangible value and real impact by ensuring transparent communication and fostering the exchange between key stakeholder groups. Prior to the project’s start, there was limited to no exchange between the different organizational levels, resulting in a fragmented process landscape that hindered a unified vision, strategic clarity, and direction for pricing activities.
We supported the creation of an end-to-end view and approach to visualizing pricing activities, enabling an aligned strategy and a common direction for the client’s pricing efforts. Establishing a unified approach to pricing safeguards profitability and product value, while also providing a consistent foundation of requirements for IT solutions that support pricing processes in the long term.
Business value creation was ensured by enabling continuous exchange between business and IT stakeholders and by supporting the translation of needs and requirements on both sides. To ensure continued value capture in the future, a comprehensive project plan was set up for further IT development, business deployment, and the derivation of business concepts.

- Functioning as the business product owner, we enabled the development of the repository in close collaboration with the IT team, by continuously reviewing and refining the solution requirements with the responsible business stakeholders.
