I am passionate about solving problems based on sound analysis and about getting things done. I love to see change taking hold in an organization – not through a top‒down approach, but by getting all the relevant people at the table or together in team calls. This really drives me to find the solution that everybody can accept.
Niklaus Wildberger is General Manager Switzerland at TTE Strategy. Previously, Nik worked at Boston Consulting Group for six years, with a focus on efficiency improvement, strategy development and implementation, digital transformation and go-to market approaches. His work involved a broad industry focus, including financial services. Additionally, Nik was recently part of a Swiss start-up leading projects with a focus on automation and artificial intelligence – supporting clients as diverse as banks and energy producers in defining initiatives, running pilots and rolling out technologies on a larger scale with a measurable impact.
Nik holds a master’s degree in Management and Political Science from the University of Zurich.
