TTE Strategy has been recognized as #1 mid-sized strategy consulting boutique in Germany

When my team and I did our strategic annual planning in January this year, we defined three pillars for TTE Strategy:

Growing our business – to be able to better serve our clients and to be seen as a true alternative

Building critical capability within our team, but also expanding our network of experts to serve our clients with broader and deeper expertise at the same time

Making TTE Strategy known beyond our existing client base and proving that TTE Strategy is a relevant option when it comes to setting strategic directions and driving transformations

At the end of this turbulent year 2020, I could not be any prouder of what we have achieved together.

TTE Strategy has been recognized as the No. 1 mid-sized strategy firm in Germany by the business magazine Wirtschaftswoche. Oh, and hey – we are No. 2 for operational excellence!

TTE Strategy has hired additional top talents, and we have increased our business footprint by opening locations in Munich, Germany and Zug, Switzerland.

TTE Strategy has established a senior board to support a deeper reflection on large transformational change for our clients and for the TTE Strategy team.

Clearly, our integrative consulting approach has led to this success. We are the comrades-in-arm for our clients when it comes to setting their key strategic direction and making transformation work.

And our approach is different and right for the new decade. We believe that strategy consulting projects that use our fair-process approach generate the highest levels of motivation and commitment from all project stakeholders and create results that stick. This is not a “soft” approach – it is how we achieve the best “hard” results possible for our clients. Especially in uncertain and challenging times, caring leaders elevate the adaptive capabilities of their organizations to move ahead.
