Consultant

Straight after successfully completing your studies and with initial consulting internship or industry experience, you will join TTE Strategy as a Consultant. You will work directly on projects for our clients in various industries and take on responsibility for project work packages from day one.

Senior Consultant

After you have gained some experience as a Consultant at TTE, or have already gained experience from another consulting firm, you will become a Senior Consultant. You will structure, develop, and drive your own modules or smaller projects more independently with increasing responsibilities.

Project Leader

With several years of consulting experience in different project and industry contexts as well as initial leadership experience, you will independently manage our TTE projects by thinking through the project and solution. You significantly impact TTE's way of working and drive the development of your project team members.

Principal

In the role of Principal, you will be part of the extended leadership team, managing large projects independently and taking on a line management role within the TTE team. You also drive and contribute to TTE’s business development.

Managing Director

Your main task as Managing Director is the development of networks and the attraction of new projects as well as the strategic development of the company. You act as a decision maker and main representative of the company towards new and existing customers, alliances, industries and science.

Step 1

Screening

First, we want to get to know you in a relaxed atmosphere! You can expect a 20–30-minute virtual call with HR where you get a more detailed insight into TTE and a chance to ask your questions. We look forward to getting to know you and finding out about your motivation for joining us!

Step 2

Interviews

Show us your skills, knowledge, and thought process in three case interviews with potential future colleagues. Feel free to visit us at one of our offices on-site, including team lunch, to get a feel for what it’s like to work at TTE.

Your offer

Strategic Sprinters in action! At our team event in Munich, we ran 5 kilometers through the Olympiapark - a fantastic opportunity to get moving and spend time together outside the office.

TTE Offsite 2024, Tegernsee

This year’s offsite at Tegernsee began with a TTE session on internal strategy, followed by delightful dinners, plenty of time outdoors, and a wonderful team hike.

Hamburg, 2024

I am Mauritz, a Master’s student in Management at HHL Leipzig with a focus on Strategy and Entrepreneurship. During my internship at TTE, I worked on a project to transform an on-premise business into a cloud business, and I was able to deepen my knowledge of agile methods like Scrum and Kanban, as well as my intercultural communication skills.

TTE Offsite 2023, Travemünde

The TTE Offsite 2023 in Travemünde was themed “Maritime” and symbolized our development from a small boat to a stable ship. In addition to a strategy workshop, the “Sailing Session,” we enjoyed three days full of team activities, sporting challenges, and quality time together.
