Vedika is a Senior Consultant at TTE Strategy. Before joining TTE Strategy, she worked as a specialist in the global risk practice of McKinsey & Company. She grew her expertise in risk culture and organization behavior while helping clients globally in redesigning their culture transformation strategies. Vedika also runs her social initiative in India, called Skill It Up. Her objective is to provide a skill development platform to underprivileged students/young adults and aid them in gaining employment.
Vedika has an MBA degree from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Science (honors) degree in mathematics from the University of Delhi.
