Paula is People and Culture Manager at TTE. After her dual bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in cooperation with the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce, she completed her master’s degree in Oslo. There, she specialized in the core area of people management and gained experience in leadership, change management and diversity.
Before joining TTE, she worked in Hamburg as a broker for Scandinavian islands. She is familiar with working in international teams and is enthusiastic about potential, development and cohesion.
