The TTE Steps Challenge is a healthy competition that every member of the TTE team can participate in once a year for two weeks. The goal of this competition is to get to know each other better, promote our team spirit, and encourage healthy habits of regular physical activity. Teams are randomly drawn – each group member counts daily steps. The winning team with the highest average daily step count is rewarded – it’s always highly competitive!
But there’s a lot more to it than just a challenge: at TTE, we believe in contributing to a greater mission than our own. Each step is converted into a donation to Doctors Without Borders (MSF) and serves as our daily motivation. In addition, we understand the importance of a healthy and balanced workday and the positive effects of physical activity throughout the day. It is well known that exercise prevents high blood pressure, maintains a healthy body weight and can improve mental health, quality of life, and well-being. Our challenge is meant to remind and motivate us all to move more in our daily lives.
