Hamburg–Witten ; Witten–Hamburg
Laurin and Paula traveled to the hometown of Moritz to participate in the Heiratsmarkt recruiting event at Witten/Herdecke University. We had great conversations with interested students about everyday life in consulting, the selection process, and their general expectations of the career field.
A special highlight was the new wooden building nearby, which is one of the most sustainable university buildings in Germany. Many students and employees were able to contribute their suggestions before and during construction.
This kind of participation is great and makes Witten/Herdecke University – and TTE Strategy – very special!
When we moved into our new Hamburg office, everyone in the team was asked for their input/wishes/ideas for the office design. This could be one of the main reasons why we all feel so comfortable in the office space.
