Strategy must be rethought today

The top managers know: The way forward is not to first develop a strategy, and then get the transformation rolling. Today, both have to be considered and implemented together, with the aim to stand up to the high pressure of market changes.

Managers and employees across all levels have to be integrated into the design and implementation of the strategy from day one.

This means that a strategy today not only has to become embedded in the head, but also in the heart. Only then can everyone pull together.
