Project Scope

TTE was asked to enable the client to implement a digital marketing strategy and tool selection and to ramp up the IT implementation.


Approach

We assessed the business and uncovered potentials through stakeholder and client interviews. The results were aggregated and shared with senior management to show the full potentials of sales process automation.

Based on the assessment and internal validation, TTE developed a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, created the most beneficial customer journeys and selected relevant systems and tools. In joint workshops with digital marketing and IT, the final tool decision was made.

The following implementation and go-live phase was supported by TTE to ensure close alignment of business and IT. TTE ensured enablement of the client team in a close and collaborative approach throughout the whole process.

Results

The project delivered a running digital marketing tool. The email conversion rate increased by 20% compared to the same period last year.
